Please note that an HKD80 shipping fee will be charged for all orders delivered within mainland China.

For orders sent to mainland China, SF Express requires uploading identification(ID) documents and receipts.

Please note that due to restrictions put in place by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, packages cannot exceed RMB 800. If a package exceeds this limit, it will be sent in separate shipments. Additionally, the recipient's telephone number, name, certificate number, and address can only be collected once a day. If any order exceeds RMB 1600, the shipment will be sent separately one more day, and so on.

If your order has been paid for, you can either contact us to send the ID document for uploading or wait for the SF Express tracking number, once we send you the tracking number the order separate receipts, and the upload link, you can proceed to upload the identification document and receipt on your own.

An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number and upload link for your SF Express shipment.

If there are any issues with the address or identification documents provided, your order will be returned to us. Please note that in such cases, refunds and resends will not be issued. If you wish to resend your order, you will need to re-upload the correct ID card or provide a valid address. Additionally, you will be required to pay the total shipping fee for the resent.

If you are shipping orders to mainland China, please note that your package may be subject to import duties imposed by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China. These duties can range from 13% to 60%, while skin and hair products are taxed at 25%. It is the customer's responsibility to pay this tax, and SF Express will pay it on behalf of the customer first and then collect it from the customer when the order is received.

In case the order is returned to us due to unpaid tax or any other reason, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide a refund. However, if you wish to resend your order, you will need to upload the correct ID card again and also pay the total shipping fee for the resent and the unpaid tax.

Please note that any flammable items including compressed canned sprays, hair dyes, vitamins, etc., cannot be shipped to mainland China due to customs regulations. Before placing an order, you can reach out to us to confirm whether the product is eligible for shipping or you can check with the Chinese General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China for more information. In case you mistakenly order a prohibited product, we will immediately email and contact you to refund your payment.
