Formulated from the Najel Aleppo liquid soap 5% BLO, the Najel shower gel with Jasmine takes care of the skin daily. It cleanses the skin gently, even the most delicate.
It is made of olive and bay laurel oils to moisturize and Organic Chamomile floral water to soothe irritations. Its fine texture makes a light foam slightly scented with Jasmine. It is intended for daily use for washing the face and body.
Handy to use with its pump bottle, this amber bottle protects its content from light. In rPET, this bottle is 100% made from recycled plastic and 100% recyclable.

HISTORY
All Najel’s liquid Aleppo soap-based products are made in France with organic virgin olive oil and bay laurel oil.
Invented in 1964 by the current CEO Mr. NAJJAR’s grandfather, the formula for this liquid Aleppo soap is obtained by hot saponification of these two vegetable oils. Made from ingredients that make up genuine hard Aleppo soap in accordance with its ancient recipe, it offers all the benefits of genuine Aleppo soap in liquid form.
Made from liquid Aleppo soap, Najel shower gel combines the qualities of Aleppo soap with the delicate and natural fragrance of jasmine.
Known as the queen of the night, the jasmine flower comes from India. It was enormously popular in China and throughout the Middle East for its delicate perfume and soothing qualities. Europe discovered this precious flower in around 1560 as a result of a number of voyages by Spanish seafarers.
 
The Al Najjar family has been making authentic Aleppo Soap since 1895 in keeping with ancestral artisanal know-how. Aleppo Soap was the first hard soap and has been manufactured for centuries. It is the ancestor of Marseille soap. This know-how is passed down from generation to generation in the Al Najjar family’s soap factory in the city of Aleppo in the North of Syria.
Each year from late November to late March, production of the world’s first hard soap starts over again following an unchanged process. The soaps then dry for at least nine months. During this period, the soaps oxidize on the surface and take on a yellow/beige color, whilst the heart of the soap retains the green color of the oils that make it.
Najel’s Aleppo Soap is made from virgin olive oil and bay laurel oil. Saponified olive oil is a powerful cleanser that nourishes, protects, and softens skin. Bay laurel oil is known for its disinfectant and regenerative properties. The higher its concentration, the more the soap soothes irritated or problem skin (psoriasis, eczema, acne, dermatosis).
